また、先ほどは认定登録料の値上げについてのお问合せメール有难うございます。
先ず、今回の値上げは当协会设立20年以来初の値上げです。
その背景は人件费や経费増等もありますが主旨は『パステル和(NAGOMI)アート』と认定证の価値に见合うように调整を図る为です。
今回の値上げは准インストラクター认定登録料のみで上位认定登録料は据え置きです。
新料金は22,000円(税込)で、现在より11,000円(税込)の値上げとなります。
新料金の适用开始日は2023年1月1日です。（现在より适用开始日まで周知及び准备期间として约4ケ月あります）
现行料金记载の「准インストラクター认定申请书」の场合は金额を订正して利用できます。

--About associated instructor certificate registration fee increase and thanks for understanding--
From January 1st, 2023, associated instructor certificate registration fee will be raised from JPY11,000 yen to JPY22,000 yen (tax included).
This is the first price increase since JPHAA (Japan Pastel Hope Art Association) was established 20 years ago.
I appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.
※If the associated instructor application form for certification is before this price increase, you can correct that amount on that form.
※Advanced instructor certificate registration fee will unchangrd JPY22,000 yen (tax included) at this time.

When applicant makes a transfer money, applicant need to add JPY 4,000Yen per a transfer,
which is a foreign exchange transaction fee required at the Japanese bank.
However, if applicant select the option to bear on own side “all the foreign exchange transaction fee” at the time of transfer procedure, the above (3) JPY4,000yen is not needed.
This foreign exchange transaction bank fee is JPY4,000yen for each transfer regardless of the transfer amount. This is a part of the application fee that the applicant should bear.
